Your Own AI Agent. Working for You.
Most professionals are using AI for chat. When everyone uses the same tool in the same way, there is no competitive advantage.
The advantage comes from AI that acts for you: that executes tasks, builds workflows, sends emails, creates documents, and operates continuously on your behalf. This is agentic AI, and it is a material step beyond what ChatGPT or Claude can do.
What is Lumen?
Lumen is our proprietary AI agent software that runs on top of the AI systems you already use. Unlike standard AI assistants, it is persistent and action-capable: it can make spreadsheets, design workflows, set reminders, connect to external services, and attempt to build integrations or apps for you. It makes errors; it is not infallible. But for individuals who have deployed it, it functions as a capable, always-available assistant.
Few senior leaders currently have access to this technology or the structured guidance to use it effectively.
The Programme
This is a half-day intensive in-person programme followed by a month of small-group coaching (one hour per week) for senior leaders and entrepreneurs. We set up your agent before you begin and coach you weekly so you have time to practice, break it and fix it with our help. Support through WhatsApp is provided throughout the course.
Led by Senior Executives Ewan MacLeod and Holly Joint, who use agentic AI in their everyday lives and have deployed it multiple times with corporate clients and entrepreneurs.
What you receive:

- An environment deliberately separate from work data
- A Google account enabling your agent to send and receive email and use documents and spreadsheets
- Brave Search integration for AI-optimised web access
- Connection to your Claude subscription, keeping you in direct control
- Telegram integration for communication with your agent from phone or desktop
- Weekly group calls (evenings) to review progress and set new challenges
- Daily facilitated WhatsApp discussion throughout the programme
- Support in migrating your agent to your own environment at the end of the course or the option to do the advanced level.

Questions
How do I talk to my agent?
Two ways. On Telegram, from your phone or desktop, for quick messages and voice notes on the go. And in Workbench, your own private web app, for longer pieces of work: separate threads for each project, sharing files with your agent and getting documents back.
What happens after the six weeks?
You choose. You can keep your agent running with us for a monthly service charge of AED 900, or we'll help you take control of it, so you own and manage it yourself.
Who owns the data and context my agent builds up?
You do. All the data and context created during the programme is yours, not ours.
Does the agent touch my work systems?
No. Your agent runs on its own private server with its own Google account, in an environment deliberately separate from your work data.
What do I need?
A Claude Pro subscription, which is your own account, and Telegram on your phone or laptop. We set up everything else: the server, the agent's Google account, search, the Telegram connection and your Workbench. The only thing you need to decide is the name of your agent.
